Request Records
Records are transferred between schools, and we cannot send your student’s record to the new school without a formal request from them. If your student is enrolling in a new school, that school can submit a formal request by visiting https://transfer.scriborder.com/. Please let us know if you have any questions. Thank you.
Document Pickup at NCVA Office:
- Families who wish to pick up documents from the office must still submit a ScribOrder request.
- Once the request is processed, we will notify them through the order when the documents are ready for pickup.
- All records requests are fulfilled in the order they are received.
